Last Wednesday, I contacted the winner of my first Giveaway. As I explained in the conditions, the winner would be chosen from the email subscribers to the blog. And in this case it was Susana Isaza.

The best thing you can do to give a personal shopping experiences is first, to get to know your client. Asking them question like what does she do, where she lives, how she defines her style, what she likes or hates, all these will give you an idea of what she would actually like to wear, as you want your client to feel confident with what they are wearing and not dressed up.

As Susana was stopping over in London before going to Europe, we manage to meet in High Street Kensington during the weekend.

Susana told me that she has a busy life, as she lives in New York, “The city that never sleeps”. At the moment she is changing jobs, and what she wanted from this experience was to get some key pieces for her wardrobe, pieces that she can mix and match to create different looks, for different occasions within her budget, staying true to her style.

We checked different stores like Topshop, Zara, but where we found pieces that checked all the marks was H&M.

    Black jumpsuit £29.99

Faux-Leather waistcoat £29.99

    Suede dress £19.99
Layered jumper £14.99

    Short coat £59.99
 Faux-Leather jacket £39.99

It was a pleasure to help Susana find those key elements for her wardrobe, which I showed her different ways to wear and mix them.
